Conrad Properties Corporation is moving ahead with plans to build a $20 million, 10-story 'high design' condominium
building on a sliver of land between two 1920s-era apartment buildings in the Central West End. The sleek glass and
precast-concrete building will be built at 4545 Lindell Boulevard. Conrad will open a sales office for 4545 Lindell in the
Spring of 2005 with construction expected for Fall 2005.

proposes a $23 million project will result in a 12 story building with two or three condo units per floor. The condos would go
