This landmark building, originally built as a distribution center for J. C. Penney Company in 1928, is now home to the
Sheraton St. Louis City Center Hotel & Suites as well as luxury condominiums on the 9th to 12th floors. The hotels services
and facilities are available to condo owners, and include a 20,000 square foot fitness center, an Olympic-sized swimming
pool, rooftop deck, housekeeping, catering and room service. Again, these are not lofts, but luxury condominiums.
