7th annual Symphony Showhouses & Gardens set for CWE
The Saint Louis Symphony Volunteer Association presents the 7th annual Symphony Showhouses and Gardens, sponsored by National City. The event opens September 15 and continues through October 3, 2004. This year’s event will highlight the renovation and design of three historic homes in the Central West End neighborhood, located at 21, 43 and 59 Maryland Plaza.   more »

City of St. Louis Development Activity
Seven large town houses are proposed for conversion to condominiums on the northside of Maryland between Euclid and Kingshighway. The parking lot between the buildings to the north would be converted to around 15 “mews” houses, with an underground garage containing 80 spaces.   more »
