mississippi Mississippi Place - updates:

• Pre-construction pricing available through 11/05
• Displays are completed and open to the public

Mississippi Place is a $5 million development located at the intersections of Mississippi and Lafayette Avenues, across from Lafayette Park. Sixteen new homes will be constructed complete with garages, zoned HVAC, granite counters, hardwood floors, stainless appliances, and more. The newly constructed townhomes will be incorporated into four mansion-style structures, complete with signature porches that stretch across two sides. The elevations of the townhomes are based on the original mansions that once stood on the site, which were demolished in the 1960s.
