The Central West End is to be home to a new 26-story high-rise building. Park East Luxury Condominium is being built on the northwestern corner of Laclede and Euclid Avenue, an area that was once home to a city-owned parking lot. The street level of Park East Tower will consist of about 7800 square feet of commercial space. There will be 89 units ranging from $300,000 one-bedroom condos to $1 million penthouse suites on the top floors.
