St. Louisans Flock to Exclusive VIP Premiere Party

First Chance to Live at Park East Tower

St. Louis -- May 13, 2004 -- Pre-sales of homes at the much anticipated Park East Tower, the proposed $50 million 26-story high-rise condominium to be located in the heart of the Central West End, officially got underway tonight with a private, VIP Premiere Party at the Chase Park Plaza. OPUS Northwest, L.L.C., the developer of the property, hosted the party to give hundreds of prospective residents who registered in advance the first opportunity to schedule an appointment to secure their dream home and learn more about how they can “LIVE WELL ” at Park East Tower.

As guests enjoyed live music, appetizers and cocktails, they met with sales representatives for Park East Tower to get a first glimpse of the many features and amenities of the building, and to select the floor plan of their choosing in preparation for reserving their home.

We've had overwhelming interest from St. Louisans who know that Park East Tower soon will be the address for those who want to live in a modern high-rise with so many amenities and such high quality finishes,” stated John Pitcher, Director, Real Estate Development for OPUS Northwest, L.L.C. “With only 90 condominium homes available, serious prospects used this exclusive opportunity to act quickly to make plans to secure their new address.

Highlights from the event included the debut of a scale model of the 26-story high-rise, detailing the building's unique, exterior façade adorned with gracious terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests were also provided a viewing of the floor plans and numerous amenities to be offered at Park East Tower , which include six levels of enclosed parking and a seventh floor club level featuring a private club for entertaining, fitness and health spa, and swimming pool with a sundeck. With pre-sales officially underway, OPUS Northwest, L.L.C. and Garrison Partners, which is managing the marketing of the condominium homes, are gearing up for the grand opening of the sales center on May 22.
