Park East Tower Home Sales Reach 50 Percent Sold
Groundbreaking Anticipated for October
St. Louis -- September 20, 2004 --
Home sales for the new luxury high-rise development Park East Tower may have only began in May, but the $50 million
condominium tower has already reached its goal for home sales of 50 percent, enabling the groundbreaking to proceed as
scheduled this fall. Park East Tower consists of 90 condominium residences ranging in price from $250,000 to more than $1
million. The success of the home sales comes months ahead of schedule, as OPUS anticipated reaching its goal within six months
of beginning sales.
John Pitcher, Director, Real Estate Development for OPUS Northwest, L.L.C., said, "We couldn't be more pleased with the
interest we're seeing in Park East Tower. The response we've received already in pre-sales of homes only confirms what we've
known since getting involved with this project - that it is a one-of-a-kind development that people have long been waiting for
in St. Louis."
Park East Tower will be the first high-rise development built in the Central West End in more than 30 years. The building is
to be located at the corner of Euclid and Laclede Avenues and will offer modern living conveniences and amenities along with
astonishing views of downtown St. Louis, Clayton and Forest Park. Park East Tower is 26-stories consisting of ground-level
retail, an elegantly appointed condominium lobby, five levels of enclosed parking and a seventh floor club level that includes
a fitness and health spa and swimming pool with a sun deck. Other amenities include wall-to-wall/floor-to-ceiling windows,
gourmet kitchens, door attendant, dry-cleaning and parcel drop-off, gracious terraces and much more.
OPUS plans to break ground on Park East Tower in October. For more information about Park East Tower or the groundbreaking,
