Gilded Age Renovation is completely renovating the historic Lafayette Park Presbyterian Church into eight luxury condominiums
with a basement-level parking garage. These living spaces are architecturally significant and truly one of a kind. The
church building, designed by John H. Maurice, was occupied early in 1884 and rebuilt after being severely damaged during a
tornado in 1896.
